How To Find Specific Items

To find specific items that you would like to order, simply search for them, by using a key word with our search engine (which is located at the top left of all pages). Type in the key word and let us do the rest. Also using the Our Products section of the site, allows you to search for an item by category. Once you've found an item that interests you, click on either the image or the product name for details. Here you will find specific information, such as price, a description of the item, availability and also a larger picture.

How To Add Items To Your Shopping Cart

To order an item, simply click on "Add To Shopping Cart" which is located under the item's description. This will ensure that the item has been saved to your shopping cart. Throughout your shopping, you can at any moment see what you have purchased, by clicking on the View Cart icon found at the top right of the page. To follow your purchases without always having to check your shopping cart, you will find on the left of the page, a box that indicates at all times the number of items in your shopping cart.

Ordering

Once you've found everything you've been looking for, return to the "View Cart" section, and verify that all the items listed are indeed what you've ordered and that the prices are correct. Simply click on the "Order Now" icon and begin your purchase order.

Follow these steps:

Account - Identification
Do you have a MYO-Massage Online account? Users that have already purchased Online, have an account. If this is your first visit you will need to open an account. To open an account you'll need to enter your e-mail address into the "New Customer" part of the Creating your Account Section.
Creating A New Account
You will need to enter the relevant personal information necessary to process your order. This information will only be required once as it will be saved and will be available for all future purchases.
Shipping Address
You will need to enter the address that the order will be shipped to (Address, City, Province/State Country and Postal Code). You will have the choice of your personal address (which you have already entered in the account creation section) or having the order sent to another address.
Shipping Cost
We will calculate the cost of shipping with the address information provide in the previous section. You can choose your method of shipment: priority, express and standard. Charges will be applied based on your choice.
Payment
Choose your method of payment. We only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Please enter the cardholders name, card number and expiry date.
Confirmation
The confirmation page is a complete summary of your order. Please verify that all information is correct. Once you have verified the order and are ready to finalize it, click on the "Confirm Order" button. Automatically an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the order.

Following Your Order

To follow the status of your order, simply enter your e-mail address and password in the "My Account" section of the site located at the top right of the page.
